The property accommodates both indoor and outdoor celebrations with up to 250 guests in the barn and several options on the grounds to hold the ceremony. This gorgeous property includes a one-of-a-kind barn which has been remodeled into a beautiful venue with rustic charm. The property also includes the Octagon House which is included in a weekend rental. Couples or their guests can spend the night here, or use the space for hosting the wedding party, getting ready or any other need the couple may have. This creates a weekend wedding destination, Thursday-Sunday, to host rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and Sunday to clean up.
Outdoor Locations
For ceremonies, couples are sure to fall in love with the outdoor options where vows may be exchanged. An arbor is a permanent fixture in the yard and can be used. Other options include the wooded area, barn patio, or anywhere in the open yard on the property. Photographers will enjoy the variety of backdrops for photos. After the vows, a cocktail reception would be perfect on the outdoor patio. The entire property is available, allowing everyone to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
The Barn
Inside the venue, the festivities can continue for dinner and dancing. Private bathrooms, heating and air conditioning have been added to the barn to ensure comfort for all. Windows and large doors allow light to stream in and the rustic beams are accented with lights. The Octagon House
The Historical Octagon House was built in the 1850s, but has been updated to include all the modern conveniences you would need. With plenty of natural light and space for friends and family, the house makes a great place to host your bridesmaids the night before, space to get ready in the day of or even open gifts in the spacious garage the day after. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a full kitchen, wifi, laundry and more, the Octagon House will ensure you can relax and enjoy the weekend.
Weekend Package
The large barn on the property has been renovated and is available for gatherings – weddings, family reunions, anniversary parties, birthday parties and more. The historic barn is easily accessible and can seat up to 250 people comfortably in the lower level. Tables & chairs are available. The rustic barn is casual and the overhead doors can be opened for easy access to the patio.
Weekend event rental includes the entire property from Thursday through Sunday for $3500. Additional days can be added.
